Jason is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO, serving as a Board Member for several private companies in the telecom, software, and consumer product industries. He has operated as CEO/President in private and public environments, as well as closely held, private equity backed and public capitalization tables. He has a deep understanding of aligning strategy to enable a successful market outcome.
Chris Robinson
President
Chris is a senior strategist with repeated success growing revenue & margin through sales, operations and product development. Altogether, Chris has over 25 years of senior-level experience at large scale telecom companies, Spring Mobile ($1B organization) and Smart Wireless.
Jodee Keogh
Chief of Staff and Sustainability
Jodee is a seasoned financial professional. She has a Masters in Accounting and Finance (CPA) and has held senior finance roles at Ford Motor Company and AXA insurance. In 2018 she entered the telecom industry with ZAGG Inc as their M&A lead. This is where she found her love for business strategy and M&A, and oversaw 3 successful acquisitions.
Brock Keddington

Brock is an experienced Operations and Finance professional with a passion for executing operational efficiencies to help drive financial improvements. The foundation of Brock’s career was built through 15 years with Spring Mobile, which became AT&T’s largest authorized dealer during his tenure.
Tim Smart
Chief Revenue Officer
Tim was one of the original founders of Gear4 and post-acquisition of the brand Tim was retained by STRAX as Managing Director of the brand. Tim, originally from the UK, moved to the US in 2018 to grow the US business and ultimately supported the sale of Gear4 to ZAGG Inc at the end of 2019. Tim moved with the Gear4 business with ZAGG, originally as GM for Gear4 and then onto Head of Product and ultimately into the Global EVP of Sales position.
Tyler Smith
Chief Strategy Officer
Tyler has served in Senior level and C-Suite roles for over 15 years within the Wireless Industry at Otter Products as well as several privately funded consumer goods companies. Tyler thrives in challenging the status quo with big-picture thinking to unlock new opportunity. In his career he has vast experience; from helping bring new-to-world brands to market to expanding well-known brands into new markets and geographic territories.
