How do I use my CLCKR?
To avoid damage we suggest gently pulling the CLCKR down from the top of the product to release it from the grips either side. Fold the strap down and press firmly either side to lock the grips into place to secure your CLCKR in Stand or Portrait mode. Gently pull the strap out and use it as a secure Grip.
Is it wireless charging compatible?
We have tested our Universals and they all work with a Certified QI wireless charger. Please ensure you’re using a high-quality charger and the phone is placed in the correct position. If using the Universal on a phone case, the thickness of the phone case can determine if the wireless charging will work or not due to the distance from the charger.
Will the Universal stick to my device?
Our Universal uses strong 3M adhesive however phones come with all different types of coatings on and therefore it depends on the device. We suggest sticking the Universal to a hard shell case to ensure a strong bond between case and adhesive.
